Incredible honey! This is the fastest my household has ever gone through a bottle of honey. The honey Michelle's bees make is delicately flavoured - you can taste peppery notes and some floral ones. Unlike store bought honey, it's not overly sweet. It's just right to use as a sweetner in desserts, salad dressings, green tea, marinades, or just to eat on its own on a hot, buttered slice of toast.
